SatchelBag is a small, independent site, so there’s no support team on the other end of this — just someone who reads what comes in. If a tool gave you a strange result, a link is broken, or there’s a bag calculator missing that you wish existed, this is the way to say so.
What’s useful to include
- For a tool bug: which tool (for example the Bag Capacity Calculator or the Laptop Bag Fit Checker), what you entered, and what you expected to see instead.
- For a correction: the page URL and what looks wrong, whether it’s a guide, a tool, or an entry in the museum.
- For a tool suggestion: the actual bag question you were trying to answer that none of the current six tools cover.
What this isn’t
This isn’t a customer service line for a retailer or a bag brand — SatchelBag doesn’t sell bags and isn’t affiliated with any manufacturer, so it can’t process returns, refunds, or warranty claims. It also can’t tell you whether one specific bag is worth buying over another; the Cost-Per-Wear Calculator and the rest of the tools are built for working that out yourself.
How fast is a reply?
There’s no fixed turnaround to promise — this is run alongside other work — but every message gets read.
